At Izwi Lami, we provide professional session-based services designed to support our clients consistently.
Bookings & Payments
All sessions (once-off and monthly packages) must be paid in full in advance to secure your booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Once-off sessions: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Monthly packages (4 or 8 sessions): Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed Sessions
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in the session being forfeited. No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.
Refunds
- Once-off sessions: Refunds are only issued if cancellation is made within the required 24-hour notice period.
- Monthly packages (4 or 8 sessions): Payments are non-refundable once the first session has been used.
- Unused sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within the package validity period.
Package Validity
All monthly packages (4 or 8 sessions) must be used within 30 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
